Applications must include:

1.  A letter from the sponsoring faculty member which describes the goals of the
research project and the qualifications of the student.  The letter should
     include:

2.  A letter from the student nominee that indicates: Applications should be sent to Annemarie Mills, Secretary of Phi Kappa Phi, Office of College Advancement, Green Hall 207.  Faculty members of Phi Kappa Phi will oversee the selection process and make the final decision.

A final report, in the form of a letter signed by both the faculty member and the student, should be submitted at the completion of the semester to the Chapter Secretary, Annemarie Mills, Green 207.
